Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-09
By creating an account or using Rally (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Rally runs AI agents that analyze and modify code in repositories you connect, and open pull requests for your review. You are responsible for reviewing all changes before merging. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Your responsibilities
- You must own, or have permission to modify, any repository you connect.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must not use the Service to violate any law or any third party’s rights, or to process content you are not authorized to access.
AI output
AI-generated code may be incorrect, insecure, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to merge or deploy any output. We are not liable for changes you choose to accept.
Usage & billing
Usage may be subject to quotas. You may supply your own model-provider API key, in which case that usage is billed to you by the provider directly.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
